Yin Yoga

Service Description

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced and meditative style of yoga that focuses on gently stretching and hydrating the body's deeper connective tissues, such as fascia, ligaments, and tendons. Unlike more active yoga styles like Vinyasa, Yin Yoga involves holding poses for extended periods, typically 3 to 10 minutes, to promote relaxation and internal awareness.
